Where exactly is the studio located?
Cilla Rey Hair Studio is located upstairs in the giant 2 story red brick building right across from the restaurant Kool Beanz on Thomasville Rd.
Where do I park?
Feel free to park anywhere in front of Drip Drop Fitness, in front of the house, anywhere on the front lawn. Anywhere where parking is available on the property, you’re allowed to park.
Which door leads to your Studio?
On the backside of the house, there is white door with “1000” written overhead. “CHELSEA COLOURED” will be written on the windows outside as well. Enter in through that door. Go inside, walk down the hallway, and then make a right. You will see a staircase. Go up the staircase and immediately to your left at the top, you will see my sign “Cilla Rey”. My door will be black.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. If you arrive and my door is closed, please have a seat outside and I will be with you at your appointment time.
I'm a new color client. What should I do first?
If you’re a brand new client looking to have a color service done, please schedule an in person consultation first. They are complimentary, take about 15 mins, and can be booked online. Feel free to message me as well to book a consultation.
What’s your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a $50 fee.
What’s your refund policy?
All services are non-refundable. if you have any concerns, please reach out within 7 days so adjustments can be made.
Is it okay if I don’t feel like talking a lot?
Absolutely! I always have a cool playlist playing in the background for this reason. Feel free to bring a book, laptop, or scroll on your phone. I will never consider it rude. I too feel the same way sometimes.
